This is the roof of the meeting house and guess what it has a special meaning. You can see the face at the top and the beam running along the roof is the spine.
Then, and this I think is so clever, the two beams going down from the head are the arms, stretched out to greet you.
You know how it is when you see someone after a long time and you run to them and they put their arms out. This is what the roof shows and can you see the fantastic carving?
