There are lots of sheep in New Zealand. I am going to tell you more about them and the wool that is their coats in "my discoveries".
But they also provide food. So lamb is a popular meat in New Zealand.
When we driving in the South Island we could see enormous farms which were full of sheep and lambs. Baby sheep are called lambs. Baby bears are called cubs and baby people are called children.
